Those plastic pulleys called AURUM + CF30 is one of Super Engineering Plastic. It’s very strong almost same strength as Aluminum #6063. But very light nearly half of its aluminum. It contains 30% carbon fiber so that appearance color is like dark green with marble which is so unique. Certainly mechanical noise goes quieter than metal pulleys. Slide friction is very low by its material behavior. Confidently those are MADE IN JAPAN.

Carbon fiber is well known as so strong but very light recently.  The pulley cage plates are made of 2mm thickness lamination layer with 3K twilled CF and UD CF and accurate machine cutting. Appropriate flexible will affect reducing the chain friction.  Standard matte coating is very chic but any colors customizing also available. Proudly those are MADE IN JAPAN.

A2017 and SUS304  are not very special but quite necessary material. Our affiliation factory knows what exactly it demands. Parts per thousand is very important because accurate parts will works quick shifting with correctly as the same as genuine one even with the big pulley. It doesn't matter how much it costs. Persistently MADE IN JAPAN. 

We provide hybrid ceramic bearings as a standard which are combined ceramic balls with the steel cases and encapsulated grease. That is a kind of a maintenance-free so no need to take care of frequently. As an option, full ceramic bearings are combined all ceramic balls and housings. And those full ceramic bearings have been aged with our original tuning oil so need to be maintenance periodically.
